Exchanges and Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your order. In addition, exchanges for other products can be made within 30 (thirty) days.

Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged;

The shipping cost for the first exchange or return of the purchase is covered by ANPÔ.

You can exchange your purchase, as long as it is not a sale, for any other product on the website;

If the value of the new part you want is greater than the original purchase, you can complete the payment.

The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise (except for orders with collection in store). Requests received after this period will not be accepted;

The request for return due to regret must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise (except for orders with collection in store). Requests received after this period will not be accepted;

Items will only be accepted if returned:

With ANPÔ labels and seals intact and attached to the product;

In original, undamaged packaging;

Unwashed and unworn, free from odors and stains, and without alterations made by the customer (e.g. hem adjustment, etc.);

The DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) or a copy must accompany the product with the justification for the return noted on the back and must accompany the product inside the packaging;

If ANPÔ understands that the returned product does not meet the necessary criteria for exchange or return mentioned above, the website is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. ANPÔ may then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for the reason for refusal.

Deadlines:

Exchange – requests within 30 calendar days after receipt of purchase (except orders with in-store pickup).

Return due to regret – requests within 7 calendar days after receipt of the purchase (except orders with in-store pickup). The customer may opt for a refund of the amount paid (in the same payment method as the original payment, that is, (a) credit on the invoice for payments made by credit card, (b) by means of a deposit into a current account, and (c) credit in our online store.

Defect – within 90 days of receipt of purchase. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
