Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the city, state and type of shipping selected at the time of purchase. Deliveries will be made by the Brazilian Post Office. This period begins only after the purchase has been authorized by the financial institution and the registration data has been confirmed. This release may take up to 48 hours, depending on the policies of the card administrators.
Our logistics team will begin handling your order as soon as it is approved. As soon as the shipment is posted, an automatic email will be sent informing you of the status of your order and the tracking of this delivery. Remember that the delivery time is informed at the time of placing your order.
Below are the estimated delivery times provided by our logistics partners:
Rio de Janeiro – capital and metropolitan region: 3 to 8 business days;
São Paulo – capital and metropolitan region: 3 to 8 business days;
Interior of the State of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo: 6 to 12 business days;
Other states in Brazil: 6 to 12 business days;
Amazonas, Maranhão and Roraima: up to 18 business days;
Important information:
– The regular delivery period begins after payment confirmation, always on the “working” day following order confirmation;
– If your order contains more than one item, they may be sent separately, depending on stock availability;
– Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm;
– The delivery service is carried out through the Post Office contracted by ANPÔ;
– The order may be received by third parties, such as condominium/residence employees and relatives.
Possible reasons for delay in your delivery:
– Delivery failures due to the customer being absent at the delivery address registered on the website;
– Incorrect or incomplete registration address;
– Change of address;
– Unusual eventualities for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, general strikes and/or any other force majeure;
– Your address may be classified by the Post Office as an area with a different delivery time. This means that the delivery time is redefined by the Post Office, randomly according to the time definitions provided on our website.
Delivery times vary according to the delivery location. To check them, simply enter the zip code of the delivery address when completing your purchase and check the deadlines provided by our logistics operators.

Deliveries are only made within the national territory. If you do not receive the product within the expected time frame, please contact our team through our customer service center.
It is important to remember that 3 delivery attempts are made. The second and third attempts are made on the immediately subsequent business days. If the 3 home delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the item will be available for delivery at the agency closest to the recipient's address for a period of 7 calendar days. After this period, the item will be returned to the sender. Make sure that the people in charge of receiving the order, such as doormen or employees, do not refuse to receive it.
